Dexun Zhike after-sales service team completed nationwide inspection service

Recently, the after-sales service team of Shanghai Dexun Zhike Technology Development Co., Ltd. successfully completed this year’s nationwide customer inspection service. This inspection lasted for two months, covering more than 30 cities across the country, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Hubei, and served more than 200 customers in total.

During the inspection process, the after-sales service engineers of Kuehne & Nagel conducted comprehensive inspection, maintenance and accuracy calibration of the image measuring instrument, roughness profile meter, flash tester, roundness meter and other equipment used by the customer, and dealt with the discovered problems on-site. At the same time, engineers also provided detailed answers and operational guidance to the questions that customer operators encountered during use.
